SECTION 0 — AGE REQUIREMENT

This website and our products are intended for adults.   • Products are not approved as smoking cessation devices by the FDA, MHRA, EMA, or any regulator.

SECTION 4 — MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES

 


Prices and availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for such changes to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

 

 

SECTION 5 — PRODUCTS AND RETURNS

 

 

  • Some Products may be available only online and in limited quantities.

  • Due to hygiene and health protection, opened Products cannot be returned.

  • Unopened returns may be accepted under our Refund Policy: https://noat.com/policies/refund-policy. The buyer covers return shipping unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

  • Your statutory EU/EEA consumer rights are unaffected.

 

 

 

 

SECTION 6 — ORDERING, SHIPPING, AND IMPORT

 


a. Order acceptance

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including suspected resale or regulatory risk.


b. Shipping

Dispatch times are estimates only. Risk passes to you once the carrier delivers to your address.


c. Importer of record

For cross-border shipments, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for ensuring legality of purchase, import, and possession in your country.


d. Duties and taxes

All customs duties, VAT/GST, excise, brokerage fees, and clearance costs in the destination country are your responsibility. We do not calculate, collect, or remit these unless explicitly stated.


e. Customs inspection and seizure

Shipments may be inspected, delayed, returned, or seized by authorities. If seized, destroyed, or denied entry, no refund will be provided unless required by law. If returned in saleable condition, we may refund the product price less shipping and processing fees.


f. Refused or unclaimed shipments

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay duties/taxes, and the shipment is returned, we may deduct shipping and costs from any refund. Re-shipping will require new payment.

 

 

 

SECTION 7 — AGE VERIFICATION AND DELIVERY CONTROLS

 


We may use third-party age verification and request government-issued ID. Where required by law, adult signature on delivery may apply. Providing false age information may result in cancellation.

You agree to indemnify NOAT, its officers, employees, and suppliers from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

 

 

 

SECTION 18 — FORCE MAJEURE

 


We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our control, including: acts of God, government bans, customs holds, strikes, pandemics, sanctions, transport failures, or carrier restrictions on nicotine shipments.

 

 

 

SECTION 19 — GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

 


These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may also bring claims in your home country under mandatory consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

 

 

 

SECTION 20 — SEVERABILITY

 


If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

 

 

 

SECTION 21 — TERMINATION

 


We may suspend or terminate your account or orders immediately for breach or suspected breach. Payment obligations and Sections 3–20 survive termination.

 

 

 

SECTION 22 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

 


These Terms and the policies referenced form the entire agreement between you and NOAT. No waiver of rights is implied by delay or non-enforcement.

 

 

 

SECTION 23 — ASSIGNMENT

 


You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms. These Terms bind successors and assigns.
